I'm not feeling really good today. I've got a cold. I had a fever last night and today, so I've been pretty droopy. I hope I feel better by Easter.

I figured out something new today. I can walk backwards! It was pretty funny, I was kind of losing my balance so i took a step back to get my bearings. Then I took another step back, then another. Then Dad got an exicted look on his face so I kept doing it until I had taken about 10 steps backwards. I'm not sure what good this is going to do me, but Dad got a kick out of it.

I'm pretty excited that spring is coming. Yesterday I got to go for a walk with Grandma. We haven't done that since last fall! Plus, I'm tired of being cooped up in the house. I need to get outside and move around more.

I haven't picked up many new people words lately, but I do speak cat now and Kacee and I will meow to each other.

After weeks of hard work, I finally poked a tooth (or as Mom and Dad call it "toofer", they're so silly) through last night. That's number 3, and it looks like more are on the way!

This study talks about when boys and girls are ready to be potty trained. Apparently I'm advanced because it says boys typically start showing an interest in using the potty at 26 months, but I already show an interest. That is if you count opening the lid and splashing the water around.

Yesterday my friend Ben and his family invited me, Mom, and Dad to seeDisney On Ice - Toy Story 2. It was my first "on ice" or "capade" of any kind, and I had a lot of fun. Ben's mom was entertaining clients, so we were in a suite, which was good because I had room to move around.

Guess what, I'm back! My blog has a new look, I hope you like it. I'm sorry it has been so long since I posted last. I know I've said it before, but I'm going to be much better about posting. As for me, I had my first birthday a month ago, which makes me 13 months now. At my last doctor appointment I was 26.5lbs and 31inches. I'm really good at getting around now, Mom and Dad have to chase me everywhere. I've still only got two teeth, but I'm sure that more are on the way. I'm also babbling a lot, but the only word I'm really good at is "Dad." I have also been heard saying bye, cat, cow, and star.
